EBS is pioneering education in climate and community resilience. Together with parents and local partners, we are raising the next generation of Vermonters to steward our land and communities for the sake of generations to come.
East Burke School is a not-for-profit independent school for curious students in grades 8-12. We're located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom: right in the village of East Burke, VT near the Kingdom Trails network, Passumpsic River, and Burke Mountain.
School Choice
Because our region lacks a public option, Vermont law grants families tuition funding to enroll students the high school of their choice. Tuition for full-time enrollment at EBS is $18,266 for the 2022-2023 academic year, covered for grades 9-12 entirely through School Choice at no additional cost to families.
