Position: Self-Sufficiency Workshop Teacher

• permaculture/regenerative agriculture
• wilderness survival & medicine
• foraging, tracking, fishing, & hunting
• renewable energy applications
• sustainability-focused science & mathematics
Description: EBS’s Self-Sufficiency Workshop Series is a weekly 90-minute-long block focused on practical skills that bring students closer to the land that provides for them. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and/or training in the areas listed above. They will enjoy working with teenagers and will contribute to a learning environment that is both caring and rigorous. Teaching experience is preferred but not required. This position requires a minimum of 2 hours per week with potential for additional teaching and administrative responsibilities depending upon skills and interest. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
