OUR STORY

East Burke's little blue schoolhouse has been standing since the time of the American Civil War, and it has enjoyed several lives in those 150+ years.  From grade school to radio station to duvet company and now—for twenty years and counting—as an independent high school, the building's unique additions and modifications tell the story of its history.  Today, the village's iconic schoolhouse welcomes students from across the Kingdom's School Choice towns for a small-scale high school experience focused on facing the future bravely and in unity.
